All Sales Are Final
Due to the agricultural and perishable nature of chufa seeds, all sales are final once the order has shipped. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on 50 lb seed bags for safety, storage, and germination-quality reasons.
Order Accuracy Guarantee
If you receive the wrong product, wrong quantity, or damaged goods, please notify us within:

48 hours of delivery for damaged items

3 business days for incorrect items
Please provide photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, we will help file a claim with the carrier. Resolution times vary based on the carrier’s investigation process, but we will assist you every step of the way.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Seed Quality Disclaimer
We guarantee that all chufa seeds are stored properly and shipped fresh. However, because seed germination is affected by planting conditions, soil quality, weather, and wildlife, we cannot guarantee planting results once the product leaves our possession.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or insufficient stock.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand. Thomas Farms is not liable for delays outside our control. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Thomas Farms is not responsible for:
